Mr. Harvinder Singh is a Chartered Accountant with more than three decades of experience in management consultancy. He has diverse experience relating to accounting systems, accounting manuals, computerization of accounts, municipal accounting, capacity building, etc. He was involved in projects implemented by Urban Local Bodies, State/Central Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings, etc.
