Spatial Development Planning & Tourism
Spatial Development Planning & Tourism (SDPT) focuses on urban development planning, regional and rural development planning, improvement of the quality of life, social and economic development of rural areas and sustainable tourism development. The overall aim of regional development and spatial planning is to maintain and shape sustainable development of regions and communities. The sustainable development meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. To reach this aim, JPS applies an integrated and multi-disciplinary approach. Our sustainable solutions are economically viable, socially equitable and ethically responsible, and consistent with the long term ecological balance of the natural environment.
As per figures from the United Nations, more than half of the world’s population now lives in urban area. With growing pressures of urban populations on cities, it is important to plan and design our cities to bring social and ecological development that improves the health of cities and towns. JPS’s Team has profound expertise in urban planning and in integrating all aspects of the peripheral region interrelations and urban environment to facilitate long-term sustainable development
