Mr. J. P. Srivastava, Chairman
Mr. Srivastava is a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant. He has played a pivotal role as a financial reform expert with more than three decades of experience in financial management, resource mobilization, accounting, property taxation, land and asset management, management information systems, finance modelling of BOT projects etc. As Managing Director of JPS Associates (P) Ltd till recently, Mr. Srivastava has been responsible for nurturing and developing the organisation right from its inception. He has actively participated in and guided/ directed many consultancy assignments executed by the firm, both in India and abroad. He has guided and provided backstopping to the teams on a number of path-breaking urban infrastructure projects for RNE, AusAID, the World Bank, ADB, DFID, etc. in India and has designed, developed and implemented reforms in the areas of property taxation, municipal accounting systems etc. He has experience of working on projects in nearly all the states in India. Mr. Srivastava has a vision for upcoming opportunities and to bring about reforms in many areas for good governance and focus on citizen centric services.
Mr. Harvinder Singh Khurana, Director
Mr. Harvinder Singh Khurana is a Chartered Accountant and a qualified company secretary with more than four decades of experience in financial and management consultancy. He has worked on various projects as Project in charge, Team Leader, Accounting & Finance Specialist. He has diverse experience relating to accounting systems, accounting manuals, computerization of accounts, municipal accounting, capacity building, etc. He was involved in projects implementedby Urban Local Bodies, State/Central Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings, etc.
